elf Software Ltd was formed in early 2004, by Ms Kathryn Evans & Mr Chris Lloyd.

Kathryn Evans

In June 2000, Kathryn joined Kinetic Technologies Ltd which were acquired by Tribal Group Plc in 2003. Her position was Sales Executive selling Asset Management Plans & Property Management Software within the local government sector.

In December 2003 she left her current employment to start elf Software Ltd in which she is a director and shareholder. In the past few years, she has managed and implemented numerous projects for local government and other organisations, including the Property Management Systems at Wolverhampton City Council, Erewash Borough Council, Ashfield District Council & NPS Stockport Ltd etc.

Kathryn is extremely conscientious, ambitious and thrives on a challenge!

Chris Lloyd

In September 2001, Chris joined Kinetic Technologies Ltd which were acquired by Tribal Group Plc in 2003. His position was Software Developer writing Asset Management Plans & Property Management Software for the local government sector.

In February 2004 he left his current employment to start elf Software Ltd, in which he is a director and shareholder. In the past few years, he has developed the Sam Software Suite which assists local authorities in their Property Management requirements. Chris has project managed installations at Wolverhampton City Council, Erewash Borough Council, Ashfield District Council, NPS Stockport Ltd, East Dunbartonshire Council etc.

Chris is extremely dedicated & committed to the continuous growth of the Sam Software Suite.
